DINOHOOPS – RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At DinoHoops, we stand behind the premium quality of our basketball apparel. Every order undergoes a strict Quality Control (QC) inspection process lasting 2 to 5 business days before it is dispatched to ensure it meets our elite standards.
Because we operate with specialized logistics and express courier services, our return and refund procedures are strictly governed by the terms below:
1. STRICT RETURN ELIGIBILITY (DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS ONLY) All sales are final. We strictly do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for "change of mind," buyer's remorse, or incorrect sizing selected by the customer. Returns or refunds are ONLY authorized if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong team, wrong player) due to an error on our end.
2. 10-DAY CLAIM WINDOW If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you have 10 calendar days from the date your package is marked as "Delivered" by USPS to report the issue. Claims made after this 10-day window will be automatically denied.
3. THE CLAIM & RETURN PROCESS To initiate a valid claim for a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact our official support team at helpdinohoops@gmail.com.

Required Evidence: Your email must include your order number and clear photographic/video evidence of the defect or the incorrect item received.

Approval: Our Quality Control team will review the evidence. If approved, we will provide you with the return instructions or issue a direct replacement/refund without requiring a return, at our discretion. Do not send items back to the manufacturer without written authorization. Unapproved returns will be discarded and not refunded.
4. REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIMES Once an approved claim is processed or an authorized return is inspected by our facility, we will notify you of your refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
5. CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS Once an order is placed and enters our production and Quality Control phase, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your sizing, address information, and jersey selections carefully before completing checkout.
6. DELAYS & DELIVERIES (USPS EXPRESS GUARANTEE) All shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates based on USPS averages. International customs checkpoints and regional logistics can occasionally cause minor delays outside of our control.

We do not issue refunds for standard courier delays.

Delivery Guarantee: If your order is not successfully delivered to your shipping address within 35 days from the date of dispatch, DinoHoops will automatically issue a full refund to your original payment method, no questions asked.

This guarantee is void if the non-delivery is caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
