DinoHoops does not store, process, or have access to customers' sensitive payment details at any time.

Product Information & Quality Control DinoHoops sells premium basketball apparel and footwear, sourced through specialized international production partners and subjected to our strict Quality Control (QC) process. Product images and descriptions accurately represent the items delivered. Minor variations in fabric weight, stitching, or standard sizing tolerances are normal aspects of apparel manufacturing and do not constitute defects.

Liability Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product(s) in question. DinoHoops is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Customer Support & Dispute Resolution For any questions regarding orders, delivery, or store policies, customers must contact our official support team directly before initiating any dispute or chargeback with their bank.

Failure to contact our support team prior to filing a chargeback violates these terms and will result in the dispute being aggressively contested with supporting documentation.

Chargeback & Fraud Policy By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and legally agrees to all policies listed on this site (including our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping terms). Chargebacks filed for reasons explicitly covered by these policies (such as standard transit times or non-returnable conditions) will be formally disputed using server logs, shipping records, delivery confirmation, AVS verification, and policy acknowledgment timestamps.
