SHIPPING POLICY Delivery information & guarantees
Processing & Quality Control (QC) All orders require a processing time of 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation before shipment. This time is strictly dedicated to our Quality Control (QC) process, ensuring your basketball apparel and footwear meet our elite standards before leaving our facility. We work directly with specialized international suppliers to provide premium quality and competitive pricing.

Estimated Delivery & Legal Timeframes Because we utilize specialized shipping, the official and contractually agreed delivery timeframe for all orders is up to 35 days from the dispatch date. During this 35-day period, orders are considered in transit and within the agreed delivery window, even if tracking updates are temporarily delayed, paused, or unavailable due to customs processing.
Tracking Information All orders include a tracking number. Tracking information is typically provided within 3–5 business days after purchase. Tracking updates may pause while the package is in international transit and may only update once the package reaches a local USPS facility in the destination country. A temporary lack of tracking movement does not indicate non-shipment or loss.
Dispute & Chargeback Policy Claims or chargebacks for non-delivery filed before the 35-day delivery timeframe has fully elapsed are considered premature, invalid, and a violation of our Terms of Service. Please allow the full timeframe to pass before contacting support regarding delivery concerns.
Delivery Confirmation Once USPS marks an order as "Delivered" to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fully fulfilled and our contract is completed. DinoHoops is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after official delivery confirmation.
35-DAY DELIVERY GUARANTEE This guarantee applies strictly to delivery. If an order does not arrive at your shipping address within 35 days from the dispatch date, the customer may request a full refund or a replacement shipment. If the order arrives after a refund or replacement is issued, the customer may keep the product at no additional cost. Carrier-related delays occurring after a successful delivery confirmation are not eligible for reimbursement.
Shipping Address Accuracy It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered completely and correctly at checkout. To maintain our processing standards, changes to addresses can only be made within a very limited window after an order is placed. DinoHoops is not liable for packages that are lost, destroyed, or returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is returned or destroyed because of an address error, the 35-Day Guarantee is void, and the customer will be responsible for the full cost of reshipment.
